| The
second official cookbook from the AIS Department of Sports Nutrition, developed
in partnership with Nestlé. Following the overwhelming success of the first cookbook Survival for the Fittest the AIS athletes and active Australians wanted more! They wanted more recipes to try and some of the athletes wanted to share their own recipes or have their favourite dishes reworked into healthy meals. The result is a stunning second edition, featuring more quick, nutritious, energising and tasty recipes. Some of Australia's top athletes have contributed to the cookbook. Winning recipes include: Nathan Deakes' Minestrone; Michael Klim's Curry in a Hurry; Sarah Ryan's Asian Salmon Salad; and Petria Thomas' Mexican Chicken Cannelloni. Taking inspiration from the first cookbook, Survival from the Fittest is the second cookbook from the AIS Department of Sports Nutrition, in partnership with Nestlé. The result is nutritious meals for active people who believe that healthy food can taste great. Order Now |
