SwimStrong is designed as a Swim-Specific, hi-resistive exercise platform. It’s adjustable 15 – level front leg height increases resistance against gravity.
An additional under-bench mounting bar also allows the option to add weight plates for resistance variation.
Whilst other forms of Dryland weight training offers the potential for strength gains and improvement, the important point about SwimStrong is that the action is Swim Sport specific, leading to greater “specific” strength gains.
SwimStrong’s - as standard wide and long bench offers exercise stability, comfort and full body support.
Athletes do not then need to support and lift their head, nor arch their back as they are required to with alternative products.
An Update pack of adjustable / extendable Head support, EVF [Early Vertical forearm] template former and adjustable length leg support, offers even great stability.
This improved stability is essential to isolating the correct movement of exercise without the “flailing” of legs and torso when exercising.
