SwimStrong is designed as a Swim-specific, adjustable, Hi-resistive platform. It’s adjustable 15 – level front leg height increases resistance against gravity – with the option to add additional weight-plate mass, to also allow resistive overload. Variable resistance overload is essential for power and strength gains.
