- SIMULTANEOUSLY, RESISTING ARM STRAIGHTENS, FINISHING AT SHOULDER / EYE HEIGHT, WITH HAND RELAXED
- ELBOW REMAINS LOWER THAN HAND AND SHOULDER ON RESISTING ARM

AIRWORK / RECOVERY
- STRAIGHT LEAD ARM ·
- AFTER EXIT OF BLADE – INITIATE TORSO ROTATION
- TRAILING ARM HAND LIFT TO SHOULDER / EYE HEIGHT
