There are hundreds of Garmin and other fitness monitoring devices but connection to a Garmin / Apple watch as examples are not sure, Garmin are presently trying to [intentionally] restrict the interface of 3rd party products.
Some parameters should display; however, we use FTMS as the BTLE interconnective protocol – which almost all fitness machines use, so dependent upon the specific device some data streams are connectable to your specific Garmin / Apple product, however for full connectivity a fitness application using FTMS is required.
